Alternative 1: Golf under the midnight sun

Approx. 4 hours with departure from Kulturens hus at 18:00

A unique experience in the heart of Swedish Lapland, where day and night blend into one. Join fellow conference participants for an unforgettable round of golf beneath the glowing midnight sky. This social activity combines the thrill of the game with the magic of endless daylight — a perfect opportunity to unwind, connect, and share moments that only the Arctic summer can offer.

Activity includes return bus travel from Kulturens hus, buffet dinner and a round of golf (18 holes). You must have your own clubs and shoes as they are not available for rental.

Alternative 2: Dinner cruise in the Luleå archipelago

Approx. 3 hours with departure from Norra Hamn at 18:30

Join M/S Laponia for an atmospheric evening cruise through the beautiful Luleå archipelago! Enjoy a delicious dinner on board as we gently sail between islands and open waters. A perfect evening with great food, stunning views, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Included in your dinner experience:

  • Welcome drink and 1 glass of wine or beer.

  • Laponia’s Archipelago Platter – Two kinds of herring, warm-smoked salmon, cured salmon with mustard-dill sauce, Västerbotten cheese pie, boiled potatoes with dill, Laponia bread and whipped butter.

  • Lime pannacotta served with coffee or tea.

As the night unfolds, our DJ will take over — inviting you to dance, mingle, and make memories that will last long after the conference ends.

The dinner venue is within walking distance of the local hotels and conference location.
